<div class="text-justify"> # English<br></br><br></br> Hello Hivers !!! , My name is Ibrahim Colmenares, I am 45 years old (I still do not believe it) and I live in the city of Maturín, Venezuela.  I'm starting at Hive, I hope to be able to learn on this community and of course also I hope to be able to bring value in correspondence, so any guidance is welcome. I am mainly a curious adventurer without remedy. I like everything that produces emotion and wonder, I really enjoy contact with nature, I practice swimming (I love the open waters) and I do #surifng and a #paragliding. I also really enjoy #music, #films and #reading, and I enjoy thinking about the big questions in life (who I am, what do I do here, where I go, etc). I would love to find communities related to these topics. If you know them I would appreciate your recommendations.     Additionally, I am also a father of 2 little ones, this is another of my facets, they have taught me a lot (and they teach me day by day) and they are, today, my main source of joy and satisfaction.  From What I have explored before formally joining Hive, I have realized that HIVE is a really big world, there are numerous communities that I would like to know although I already see that it is impossible to keep up with everyone. However, I will try my best. For some time now, the world of cryptocurrencies has caught my attention. I think HIVE could be a feasible means of payment in my country. I have read that in different parts of Venezuela they are using HIVE to pay for goods and services. This matter interests me a lot because I have some #businesses where I could start paying my employees with HIVE.  Of course, for that I must learn more to be able to teach them in such a way that they form part of the ecosystem. I would like to be able to meet communities that will help me move forward with that project to massify the use of HIVE as a means of payment. Finally, I tell you that I am also an Electronic Engineer and I have an MBA in management global. The early stage of my professional career helped me develop my technical part (#Industrial #automation) and took me to many parts of the world in which I worked, such as Mexico, USA, Saudi Arabia, Europe and Colombia (Do you know any related community?). The second stage of my professional life, aroudn 10 yeasr, it took me through the world of business development,working first for transnational corporations and then in the development of my own companies. I have developed several ventures, in various areas, I have failed, and I have succeeded, I have consolidated companies. Estoy comenzando en Hive, espero poder nutrirme de esta comunidad y por supuesto también espero poder traer valor en correspondencia, así que cualquier orientación es bienvenida. Principalmente soy un curioso aventurero sin remedio. Me gusta todo lo que produce emoción y maravilla, disfruto mucho del contacto con la naturaleza, practico natación (me encantan las aguas abiertas) y soy surfista y parapentista. También disfruto mucho la música, el cine y la lectura, y me gusta pensar en las grandes preguntas de la vida (quien soy, que hago aquí, a donde voy, etc). Me encantaría encontrar comunidades relacionadas con estos temas. Si las conocen agradecería sus recomendaciones.   Adicionalmente, también soy padre de 2 pequeñas, esta es otra de mis facetas, ellas me han enseñado mucho (y me enseñan día a día) y son, hoy en día, mi principal fuente de alegría y satisfacción.   En lo que he explorado antes de comenzar formalmente me he dado cuenta de que HIVE es un mundo realmente grande, hay numerosas comunidades que me gustaría conocer, aunque ya veo que es imposible poderle seguir el paso a todas. Sin embargo, intentaré conocer lo máximo que pueda. Desde hace algún tiempo me ha llamado la atención el mundo de las criptomonedas. Pienso que el HIVE pudiera ser un medio de pago factible en mi país. He leído que en diferentes partes de Venezuela se está usando el HIVE para pagar bienes y servicios. Este asunto me interesa mucho porque yo tengo algunos negocios donde pudiera comenzar a pagar con HIVE a mis empleados. Claro, para eso tengo que aprender más para poder enseñarlos a ellos de tal modo que formen parte del ecosistema. Me gustaría poder conocer comunidades que me ayudaran a avanzar con ese proyecto de masificar el uso del HIVE como medio de pago.   Finalmente, les comento que también soy Ingeniero Electrónico y tengo un MBA en gerencia global. La etapa temprana de mi carrera profesional me ayudó a desarrollar mi parte técnica (automatización industrial) y me llevó a recorrer muchas partes del mundo en la cuales trabajé, como México, USA, Saudí Arabia, Europa y Colombia (¿Conoces alguna comunidad relacionada?). En la segunda etapa de mi vida profesional, al rededor de 10 años, me llevó por el mundo del desarrollo empresarial,trabajando primero para empresas transnacionales y posteriormente en el desarrollo de empresas propias. He desarrollado varios emprendimientos, en diversas áreas, he fracasado y he triunfado, he consolidado empresas.
