Hello friends #hive everyone how are you I hope you are always in good health
| | -

Greetings to all of us who are in this beloved community, today I am back in front of my eyes to share stories about customers who are always right and of course the mistakes they experience do not give up even though it is clear what the customer did was wrong. Before moving on to the discussion, I would first like to thank the Hive community. Students who have given me the opportunity to enter this contest. As we know this week is the 36th week of the first edition of the contest in this beloved community. [Source](https://pixabay.com/id/illustrations/belanja-online-toko-digital-bisnis-5126892/) --- Hi friends, I'm sure there are always customers wherever we are and we don't talk at length about this because customers are everyone in this world who are customers. Sometimes we also buy an item and the items we buy don't suit our tastes. and finally decided to return the item to the seller even though at first we knew that the item was not allowed to be returned but still we were determined to return the item in various ways that we did so that the item we bought we could return it again . Sometimes when talking about my experience of course I have also seen customers who are always right in acting on their mistakes, I used to work in people's places at the Office Stationery Store and of course I was there as an employee who sold goods and of course there were a lot of people in a shop that aims to buy various kinds of office supplies such as books, pens, pencils and so on, one day one of the customers came to buy some pens and books and the customer bought a large number of them. [Source](https://pixabay.com/id/photos/wanita-masker-pasar-jilbab-rakyat-5632026/) After the customer finished buying his needs, finally it was time for the customer to pay with a certain amount of money and the customer paid with a nominal amount that exceeded the price of the goods they bought, while I also took the money and after that I took the change in the cash drawer and I immediately gave it to that customer. After that do you know what happened? well the customer did not go home even a step from the shop and I finally asked in a polite tone, what are you waiting for and why you haven't come home and in a slightly loud tone came out of the customer's mouth and he said that he had paid a nominal amount of money Biggest and he insisted on asking for change again. The customer was very adamant that the money he gave earlier was the largest amount and he confidently asked for a change again and he said that the change was not enough, where is my change again. The loud tone made me panic at that time, because I really realized that the money that the customer gave was the same as what I had returned to him, and finally because I had been arguing with the customer for a long time, the shop owner came over to me and the shop owner. asked me what was going on why the fuss from earlier and with that panic I answered nicely and explained everything to the owner of the shop. [Source](https://pixabay.com/id/photos/kamera-pengintai-cctv-cctv-keamanan-7267551/) Luckily for me at that time because the shop where I worked had several CCTVs and finally I checked the CCTV footage and at the same time the customer also confidently watched the recording and of course a few minutes after the recording was running it arrived at the customer's recording and at that time everything was revealed that the money that the customer gave was not appropriate and it turned out that the money I returned earlier was correct, everything I did to the customer was not a mistake but the truth but the customer still didn't want to budge, after seeing the CCTV footage the customer just apologized for that behavior and at the same time I was just happy because what I did was not wrong but customers who did not want to give in to the mistakes they made. After that incident, I really learned that it turns out that the customer is never wrong and the seller is the one who is wrong, and after that incident I was very careful dealing with customers with various characters. When dealing with customers, we really have to have enough evidence so that the debate we are doing wins. If we don't have enough evidence, then of course the seller will still lose. Alright, friends, maybe today that's all I can tell you about customers, they are always right and if there are mistakes in writing, I apologize profusely because I wrote in my regional language with the help of Google to translate into English and so on. I'll see you again in my next discussion, of course in this beloved community. --- ######

NOTE : I write in Indonesian with the help of Google to translate to English

---- ###

[SUBSCRIBE Here to join the Hive Learners Community](https://hive.blog/trending/hive-153850)

--- [](https://discord.com/invite/7Bzqv4qUMT)
