Greetings everyone!  Here is the drawing I want to share with you today. 
It is a drawing of a bird in the body of a tree, popping his head out.

Steps:

I shaded the inside of the tree very dark with Charcoal pencil to show dept, then I blend it for even shade using my fingers.

I then process to shading other dark areas of the whole drawing with charcoal then blend it with brush and add highlights
