Was anyone destined to go to heaven irrespective of his works and lifestyle on earth?

According to Bro Eli, Little children are destined to go to heaven. If they die as little children, they will be counted worthy of entering the heavens. 

God is a God of justice. If a little child dies after birth, God knows where that child is going after death. If a child dies shortly after birth, he is surely a candidate of being a citizen of heaven, according to Matthew, 19:14. 
>But Jesus said, suffer little children, and forbid them not to come unto me, for of such is the Kingdom of heaven. 

The scripture above affirms that little children who die shortly after birth are destined to go to heaven, they will be counted worthy of entering the heavens. But if they exceed the years of infancy, being now teenagers or reaching the age of adolescence, God knows where they are going. 

However, we can certainly say that an adult who dies would go to heaven, if he did the will of God. Those who carry out God's commandments and obey his will are destined for heaven.

Matthew 7:21
> Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Once a person reaches an age of making decisions and reasoning, he either decides to go to heaven by obeying God's will or end in damnation by not obeying God's will.
We have the reasoning to understand that anyone that do the will of the father which is in heaven is going to heaven, but anyone, even if he is praying, Lord, Lord the Lord, without obeying the commandments of God, will never get there. As Christ said, not everyone that said unto me, Lord, Lord shall enter the Kingdom of heaven. Therefore there are those who believe in God maybe even pray to him, Lord, Lord, Lord, but they are not doing the will of the father in heaven, they will not go to heaven. This is very easy to understand. 

To go to heaven, obey God's will, else, you're not going to heaven, even if you are an educated man or a powerful man, a president, a king, etc, you're not going to heaven. Those who are going to heaven are the doers of the will of the father in heaven.
