It is very easy to say "busy" to someone who needs help. It is very painful to hear "busy" from someone when you need help.

we live in a perpetually callous society with total disregard to those in need, until for one reason or another, we are going to be forced into accepting that. We have learnt sadly, not to look for it. We have too many commitments and too much ambition and too little time. Maybe a GOSLOWMOVEMENT is required?

             https://steemitimages.com/DQmbSStp67MHhwfsok9i9vjYWfHCG3TUDUqF7Hu6LFt44Jm/busy.png

This is the harsh reality of life! Some people tend to forget you should always make time regardless of stature. Humanity!!

It's also very painful to not be able to take care of one of your own needs because you were so busy taking care of everyone else's.

Rule number

1 if a busy person has helped you in the past ,always remember it and return the favor.

2 I have found that people will accept the too busy excuse if you are legitimately too busy,But will not if they see you are time waster and do not value time .

3 people who always need help ,have no limits .

4 people who are busy must set limits. or nothing will ever get done .

5 NO is a complete sentence.

6 the most successful people in our society say NO way more than they say yes

7 ,If you say yes to help limit the time and scope of the help. Do not help in a way that sets you up so the people become your follower and need your lead in the future.

8] The paradox of all this is I believe helping people is what helps define us as loving human beings. But it needs to be focused .We all only have so much time and energy .You cant say yes to every request .Spreading yourself thin to help everyone doesnt do you or the person you are trying to help much good .It becomes like multi tasking which to me means doing a "bunch of things at the same time poorly"
