All your health data can be uploaded and tracked by using Tenvis App with Tenvis Scale. You will take the results with data synch technology and keep these results in your app, fitness plan can be scheduled by this data. Tenvis Scale uses Bio Electrical Impedance Analysis Technolgy (BIA) for estimating body fat mass.
