Read here Mali Kofta's Fast Promise -</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>material -</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>To make kofta</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>250 gms of sago (roasted)</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>250 gm cheese (cottage cheese)</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>3 tablespoon Singhwad / potty flour</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>3-4 green chilies cut</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 table spoon coriander powder</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Salt as per taste</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1/4 tsp Chili Powder</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>Curry masala</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>4 large tomatoes feathered</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>4 tablespoons ghee</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>One and a half spoon chilli powder</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 tsp spoon rosemary cumin</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1/2 tsp coriander powder</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>2 tablespoons coconut cooked</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>2 t spoon poppy seeds</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 tsp spoon ginger</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1/3 cup fresh curd</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>100 g cream or fresh cream</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>Method -</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>Blend all the ingredients to make Kofta together and make small balls and make a golden spot on medium flame.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Heat ghee in a pan and fry it with ginger. Now add curd and cream and fry all the curry contents together.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Cover and let it cook till the lubrication starts to extinguish. Add chopped curd and cook for 1 minute. Pour Kofta and Cream and remove from flame.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Serve hot after serving green coriander.</strong></em></p> </html>
