This book is written by a renowned researcher and storyteller, Brené Brown. The book explores the power of vulnerability and its importance of embracing it in our lives. I'll share few key points later in this post.

**Here you go,**

1. The author put an emphasises that vulnerability is not a sign of weakness but a measure of courage. Instead, we open ourselves up to creativity, wholehearted living, and connections by being vulnerable. So don't take it as a weakness its a courage.

2. In this book, the author challenges the idea that perfectionism is a positive trait. So it should be taken as a positive trait which is usually driven by fear. It prevents us from taking risks and embracing vulnerability. Almost every one of us is focusing on perfectionism though its not exists. Live your life to the fullest without any fear.

3. The author also stresses on accepting ourselves as we are and embracing our imperfections rather than striving for perfection. This self-acceptance allows us to cultivate authenticity and live more fulfilling lives. First off, make your mind clear and start accepting yourself before diving into perfectionism.

4. This book teaches us that how can one living wholeheartedly. The author introduces this concept which involves cultivating qualities like connection, compassion, and courage. We can live more authentically and wholeheartedly by embracing vulnerability and practicing self-compassion.
