When you wake up in the morning, is breakfast one of your morning activities? This morning's breakfast is often overlooked for many reasons. Many activities take up your attention, so the time in the morning is just enough to take a shower and get ready to place each activity. Or maybe you do not eat breakfast because they do not feel hungry or in order to reduce weight.
Breakfast is very important to start the day. When you are asleep, you are fasting for a long time, about 7-8 hours. In that time frame, your body will cleverly reduce its metabolic activity and efficiently use energy and nutrients in the body.

Breakfast serves as an alarm from the brain to all the organs of the body and the metabolic system to start working. Just like the engine, the body also needs to be "heated" for optimal performance. Eating in the morning is like your body is receiving "fuel" to spend the day. When you skip breakfast, your body will not receive a signal to start to stay active and stay in a state of energy and nutritional savings. This will cause your body to look lethargic and not energized.
