A simple tasty oriental style meal I have prepared for my dinner, I make it just before serving because it is quick to make, you will see it is a salad of: cucumber, cabbage and egg. It is a different meal, complete and very healthy, its Asian style dressing consists of a combination of: oyster sauce, soy sauce and ginger.

- 300 grams purple cabbage
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oil (preferably sesame oil)
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 boiled eggs

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the ginger, make sure it does not burn, then add the cabbage and sauté for a few minutes.

Pour the soy sauce over the cabbage and continue to cook until the cabbage is tender and the flavour of the sauce has been absorbed.

Finish by adding the oyster sauce and turn off the cooker, then add the cucumber and mix everything well. I didn't add any salt, I think it's enough with the flavour it has.

Serve the eggs with a little of the sauce we took out of the pan and dinner is ready, this meal has a subtle and pleasant flavour.

It's a different way of eating cabbage, you can leave its texture a little harder or softer, it all depends on how long it lasts in the heat of the cooker, you can also add chives as it's perfect!

Una sencilla comida sabrosa al estilo oriental he preparado para mi cena, la hago justamente antes de servir porque es rápida de hacer, verán es una ensalada de: pepino, repollo y huevo. Es una comida diferente completa y muy saludable, su aderezo al estilo asiático consiste en hacer una combinación de: salsa de ostras, salsa de soja y jengibre.

• 300 gramos repollo morado 
• 2 cucharadas jengibre fresco picado 
• 3 cucharadas salsa de soja
• 3 cucharadas de aceite  (preferiblemente aceite de sĂ©samo)
• 3 cucharadas de salsa de ostras
• 1 pepino rebanado
• 2 huevos cocidos

Calentar el aceite  en una sartĂ©n a fuego medio-alto agregar el jengibre procurar que no se queme y  luego añadir el repollo,  salteamos por unos minutos.

Colocar la salsa de soja sobre el repollo y continúa cocinando hasta que el repollo esté un tierno y se haya absorbido el sabor de la salsa.

Finalizamos colocando la salsa de ostras y apagamos la estufa, luego añadimos el pepino y mezclamos todo muy bien. Yo no coloqué sal, me parece que ya es suficiente con el sabor que tiene.

Servimos colocando los huevos con un poquito de salsa que  sacamos del sartĂ©n y ya está lista la cena, esta comida tiene un sutil y agradable sabor.

Es una forma diferente de comer el repollo, puedes dejar su textura un poco mas dura o blanda, todo depende de cuanto tiempo dure en el calor de la estufa, tambien le puedes colocar cebollin pues le queda prefecto!
