She is fresh , she is blonde , she is Greek. Meet Jasmine. An IPA from a local Greek brewery. We started our journey from Laconiki Brewery near >the ancient city of Sparta, where we also produced three more beers under the name of >Uncle Jam's Brewhouse Tales, which is our alternate one-off project. Being a true nomadic >brewery,we now produce our beers at Chios Microbrewery on the namesake island. >Uncompromising by default, Strange Brew is on it's way to change he beer status in >Greece,which has come a long way already! The beer itself is very intense. From the moment you open it, it hits you in the nose.  It is unfiltered and that accounts for its thick body. It has a white disappearing head.  The taste is strong as it gets. Bitter from start to bottom, fruity with a lot of citrus and orange. The bitterness stays for quite some time after you finish it.  It is no question a quality beer, but didn’t like it. I found too intense, too raw, too bitter.
