I have just finished reading the HF21 recap. and I am a little bit anxious.

Because what I understand is that people who have already a lot of SP and reputation are really advantaged, you going to tell me "yes but their can be here since 1 / 2 years so they will have more rewards" and I understand that.

BUT the problem is that didn't encourage new steemians to start creating content and invest in the project and steemit need more people, new people !

I thing that the HF21 will increase the value of STEEM but it also reward the old steemians.

I thing that STEEM should encourage new steemian to create contents and also reward new user for being active and consuming content !
