In this video I talk about how I lost my spiritual practice and how Dtube has been helping me to get it back again. It may sound absurd to talk about uploading videos everyday as a spiritual practice and it is. However it is the time around video production in the mornings that has turned into a routine that allows me to incorporate mediation and yoga into my day. My computer is slow so rendering video takes time and uploading takes time, This allows me to set aside small chunks of time to engage my spiritual practice. 

I ended up entirely re-shooting this video. The first rendition  I tried to record the background music from my prophet rev 2 at the same times as recording the video, the background music came out being far to loud, and because it was all recorded onto one track their was nothing I could do. I decided to put my best efforts forth and re-record and record the background music separately.  This was a good chance to practice non attachment and letting go.  It also let me actually play the music rather than just having an arpeggiator running. The patch on my Prophet is one of my own design and I am playing in the key of C minor. Rowan woke up right before I recorded the music for this video so I ended up holding him in one arm and playing the music with the other. I love that little guy sooo much.
