JELLYFISH DANCING IN NATURE - GOPRO
Whilst fishing with friends, I decided to capture some jellyfish that were drifting with the ocean currents. The gorgeous underwater landscape was filmed at Lake Illawarra, which is encompassed by a profound coastal lagoon on the central coast of New South Wales.

When editing the film and music, I started to notice it was as if the jellyfish were very playful in their movements and seemed to be more or less dancing. The video has been edited to underpin the jellyfish movements and rhythm. The glistening refracted light and ocean floor all adding to the drama. The juvenile crowd of fish are breathetaking to watch and have slowed the video down to express how beautiful they are. Nature is like a performance where we can just sit and observe for free, one of the most relaxing moments we can all experience.

Jellyfish do not possess a heart nor a brain; nevertheless they can react to a threat or detect light. I find this miraculous. Jelly fish as a living species seem to confront the human anatomy, like not needing blood or bones, almost entirely made of water. I began to contemplate whether Jellyfish can enjoy or feel some sort of excitement while drifting with the ocean current. I really don't believe so, as jellyfish do not acquire a brain or central nervous system. Although I would like to believe they do have emotions.

We can all ponder on what the Jellyfish can feel or understand. To me the jellyfish seems like they just go with the flow and dance with their wonderful environment. I suppose our leaders could learn a lot from the jellyfish and to live in harmony with our environment rather than persist to annihilate it. The environment is truly vast and complex. I believe nature has a order and hierarchy that needs to be cared for.

**Hope you enjoyed the video that is created to relax and uplift. Every time we look at nature, it can help us to discover something new, whether it is about ourselves or the world that surrounds us.**
