This week I hope to get my work activity back on track again, and this time I hope to do it smarter. I hope to try working on a timer, in short intervals, so that my brain doesn't get scared that it has to do a lot at once, so I'll set the timer for 15 minutes and try to work for that time, and only stay longer if I feel strong and want to. Maybe I'll be able to force myself to do it that way.

Right now I'm swinging back and forth between everything being good and everything being bad, and it's really exhausting, I'm constantly tired. I don't want to do anything and I have to constantly think about how to save energy. But I can't do it, because these swings have turned my psyche into some kind of energy black hole. And I can't save energy for important things.

I constantly have to remind myself that I actually love what I do, but it only helps for a short period of time, then I feel bad again. I don't know how to stay positive. I want to do only things that bring quick dopamine, but you can't focus only on them, it won't work.

So this week I'll try to slowly, step by step, restore my main activities. 15 minutes a day is very little, but you have to start somewhere. Maybe next week it will be half an hour, and so gradually I'll increase this time. The main thing is not to rush yourself.
