<html> <p>Hi, guys!</p> <p>Today it was a really productive day. At least for my muscles, they suffered a lot:) From power training and cardio first, then from yoga in the evening. What I want to say here - I found a fantastic app for my mobile phone! If you're interested in yoga you probably know about it, if no - I'll tell. It's called "Down Dog" and it'a available for upload from Play Market. You can set the length, level of exercises, ect. And it simply feels like you have a personal trainer. As I understood it first two weeks are for free, then it costs something, I yet don't know, how much. But probably I will buy it, it's much more comfortable to practice yoga alone then on group training. Well, at least for me.</p> <p>If you yet hadn't tried it I really highly recommend it. Some candles and pleasant music, and evening or morning yoga:)</p> <p>My own story with yoga began with group classes a few years ago. It was only sport, no philosophy. Afterwards I also tried classes with philosophy, and different types of yoga. I must say I love them all, especially fly yoga.</p> <p>My last instructor also used singing bowls on our classes. It was really fantastic, relaxing sound.
