How To Make Ginger Cake [HOME MADE]
Ingredients:-
* 2 cups of sugar
* 1 cup of milk
* 1 cups of water
* 100g melted butter
* 2 cups of maida
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 2 tbsp grated ginger
* 2 egg

Method:-
* caramelize sugar when dark brown, Add water stair quickly avoid lumps.
* Heat till clear syrup is abstained  {20 minutes }. 
* Take off flame let it cool them.
* Add 1 cup of milk, 100g butter, lightly beaten egg.
* Add maida with baking powder, baking soda, ginger, you can add more milk if required
* Take a cake pan& to bake about 1 hour.
* After 1 hour Cool the cake at least 30 minutes. Cake is ready.
