Rice Kheer.
Ingredients:-

* 50g basmati rice.
* 500 ml cow milk.
* 100g sugar.
* 1/2 tsp cardamon powder.
* some dry fruits like almonds, raisins, cashew.

Method:-
                    MAKES  3  SERVINGS.

* Wash and soak rice for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain the water.

* In a deep microwave safe bowl, mix milk, rice and cardamon powder and boil at 500W for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in between. Then microwave again for 5 minutes.

* Add sugar and microwave at 500W for 15 to 20 minutes. And than again at 300W for 10 minutes.

* Keep the bowl covered for 5 minutes.

* Garnish with chopped dry fruits.

* Rice kheer is ready.

* Serve hot or chilled of your choice.
