Breakfast was sausage and scrambled eggs with cheese. Went to the trail and walked .8 of a mile.

Lunch was snacking. We went grocery shopping. Watched some YouTube videos and then I played a war game on the computer. 

Dinner was a chicken, veggie, and rice dish I baked in the oven. We watched several episodes of Bones. Anyway, thanks for reading.
