After [the latest Steem Engine hardfork](https://steemit.com/steem-engine/@aggroed/steem-engine-hardfork-successful-staking-enabled-on-the-backend), I wanted to make sure [steem-engine.rocks](https://steem-engine.rocks/) could deal with new actions being added to the sidechain.  While it is able to handle unknown actions, it didn't fully index them.  This update adds them to the index, which means they'll appear in results when you search for a particular account or symbol.

I also added a `checkpoint` page, but I'm still researching why my list of checkpoints differ from the official node.  Here's what I have: https://steem-engine.rocks/checkpoints

* Better caching/performance
* Expanded transaction lookup when using a token symbol
* Expanded payload/logs interpretation to better describe each action
* Added a search field
* Fixed timestamp display for webkit

* Filter Transactions on contract/action (e.g.: [list if tokens with staking enabled](https://steem-engine.rocks/transactions?contract=tokens&contract_action=enableStaking)
