There are many ways to propose goals and create plans to achieve everything you propose, now that the year starts I want to share with you how I am going to do it this year. I hope it serves you, I invite you to do this exercise that I do many times with my clients in the coaching processes.

Start the year, or the month, or the week, or the evaluation and we go with all the rush. This time I will do all these things and commit to an endless list of new habits, changes in your life and more or less achievable goals.

They spend a few days, or a few weeks in the best of cases and that motivation you had is blurring. We sin to put too many goals at the same time and to think that our willpower is infinite, when in reality you and I know that it is not so.

Be clear that what matters most to you during this year will make you make decisions much more easily and be able to be more efficient, spend less time and get the results you want.
