I have read the following text related to certain aspects of the life of the ducks that could be adapted to what teamwork means in any company or organization.

Every year, ducks like other animals migrate to a warmer place to spend the winter, you have noticed that they fly in a V shape.

Do you know the reason ?.

They do so because by moving their wings, each bird produces a movement in the air that helps the bird that goes behind it. Flying in V, the flock of ducks increases, at least, 71% more flight power, compared to a bird that flies alone.

Every time a duck leaves the formation, immediately feels the resistance of the air; he realizes the difficulty of doing it alone and quickly goes back to training to benefit from the partner who is going forward.

When the leader of the ducks gets tired, he goes to one of the back places and another goose takes his place.

The ducks that go behind caw to encourage and encourage  those who go forward to maintain  speed.

When a duck gets sick or falls wounded by a shot, other geese come out of the formation and follow it to support and protect it.


Reflections:

In organizations, a basic principle that must prevail is that all the components of the team must share a single address, with clear and above all common objectives, the achievements working in teams are better and easier to achieve.

In organizations it is often neglected and  teamwork is not enhanced ,  often we believe that our results are better than our  colleagues' and we do not take into account  that working as a team can achieve incredible goals.
