So i have been in preparation for this next step for several months.
I'm excited and nervous all at the same time (i could be bought out of my own company and lose control of it  )
We are going to sell 49% of my company and be able to trading on one or more exchanges 
like with public listed company's, we will base value on current turnover and projected turnover 
with buybacks every quarter and those tokens bought back will be burned
Within the roadmap we will show planned expansions of the business and future ventures  all to increase value of company and its holdings to increase the value of the "stock/token"
We don't want to try and reinvent the wheel we just want to use it as it should be used. you could see it as i crowdfunded venture but using cryptocurrency . as a small business we don't have access to the stock market to raise capital but in Crypto we all have a chance to partake in the process 
 the company does not rely on cryptocurrency to make profit for the business.
i have been involved with the tattoo industry for over 25 years and have run my own studio for 20 of those years.
and now i want to expand the business with a second location and 2 new subsidiary that we are in the process of buying  
we are hoping to finalize all the paper work and start the precrowdsale in September 1st
