how do I know the percentage at which the creation reward is calculated, what I mean by this is that when I buy pob and delegate it too Pob power, how many pob will my pob power vote on articles and comments??

please I really need the answer to this question, for example I have 1,000 pob  power which staked, how many pob will my 100% voting power give?

thanks to @onealfa.pob who has once voted me 100% which gives me 89pob, so i know his 100% vote gives 89 to 90 pob. so how do i calculate the percentage.
