Just a little motivation to encourage someone out there. 

Happiness is medicinal and helps one to be healthy. You can confirm this by making comparison between the times you were moody and the times you were extremely Happy. If you can be sincere to yourself, you will agree with me that the times you were moody you were more weaker than when you were happy.  

Life, people and situations may present to us reasons why you shouldn't be happy but you must come to the point of being responsible for your own happiness. 

Never allow the attitude of people to determine if you will be happy or not. Never allow the difficult situations of life to make you look so unhappy all the time. Be responsible for your happiness and guide it jealously!

Your happiness determines your health, so guide it as though your life depends completely on it.
