Two bovines, three equines of varying sizes, a collection of ungulates, and a gently-swaying elephant. After that, the species available were diverse, bizarre, and generally accepted to be as dangerous as every imaginable hell. The Humans looking after the animals probably explained it all.

The saying went, _If it's too big to fit in their house, the Humans will try to ride it._

This was not a petting zoo. The signage declared it a _riding_ zoo. Though, of course, petting was always an option. There were _Humans_ running the place, after all, and the universe according to them was full of creatures that loved being petted. Each animal had a saddle and a handler, and a neat little information plaque displaying how easy each beast was to ride. With grades in mounting and dismounting the seat.

Humans, as a pack species, also loved to share. They would go to tremendous effort to do so and this was definitive proof.

"We've tamed and trained every creature here," said Keeper Jain. "Take your pick. We can help you with your chosen experience."

There were even Amity Riding Hounds available. One of them hunkered down with its tail wagging in anticipation. Just waiting for someone to perch on its equipped roost. Its eyes seemed to be saying, _Pick me! I'm ready and so good!_

Companion Hij began to worry that Human insanity might be catching, because she _really_ wanted to ride the elephant.
