Hive is the best Web 3.0 platform in my opinion, and I am pretty sure that most of the users of this platform have the same mindset. I have already been here for more than 4 years, and in the journey of 4 years, I gained some experience and knowledge that helped me to grow better and stay active till now. The journey was not smooth, and naturally, I also faced difficulties, but I managed to overcome them. At the beginning, it was very difficult for me, and several times I thought of leaving this platform, but in the end, I started to think from a long-term perspective, and that's the reason I am still here. [ImgSrc](https://unsplash.com/photos/a-group-of-white-and-orange-objects-IVGZ6NsmyBI) There is no doubt that, for a beginner, staying on the Hive platform is challenging, and it's difficult to make them understand everything within a short time, especially those who don't have any knowledge about cryptocurrency and what the true meaning of Web 3.0 is, as well as decentralization. So, old users try to make them understand as much as possible. At first, I think it is a very beautiful platform where most of the old users are quite friendly and helpful. They give their best effort to help others. It takes a good amount of time, but then don't deny offering a helping hand where, in return, they are not getting any benefit. Why do they try to help even if it costs them their most valuable time, and when many users choose to leave later? I think it's because they struggled a lot at the beginning, and they don't want others to struggle like them. They try to make the path easier for the beginner. Making others understand the Hive platform is not so easy, and we also face many difficulties. And when I try to bring someone into Hive, the first thing they ask is how much they can earn from there. Giving the exact answer to that question is impossible because I don't know how much I can earn in a month. I mean, I can't say a fixed amount, let alone say anything about others. I just told them it depends on your efforts and activity, and at the beginning, a little bit of luck is also part of it. I just say then if this year's content is good, their post will get the attention of whales, which is just a matter of time. A little amount of upvotes may be enough to encourage them. There are some whales who are actively working on it and trying to encourage authors through sharing upvotes. The second and most troublesome question is why the Hive platform would give me money. What's the benefit the Hive platform will get? From where will the money come? I think answering the question is not difficult, but making them understand is nearly impossible because they don't have any good knowledge about cryptocurrency and other related things, which makes it difficult. Newbies ask about it in different ways, and sometimes I feel you have to explain it again and again, because sometimes I feel it's not necessary to understand the process. I think there should be a video that answers the question, so I don't need to explain it again and again. I could just share the video. There is no doubt that at the beginning, everyone comes here only to earn. But Hive is not a platform to make quick money just after joining. Because of curiosity, newbies check how much other users got in the post. They become jealous easily, and some become demotivated by not receiving upvotes from whales. In fact, some of them start to judge others post quality, and I don't think it's a healthy thing. So I think it would be better if the earnings of others could be hidden from them, at least for several months.

-----------------------

------------------------- If you think that I violated any rules of this platform or my word hurting you or I made any mistakes here , let me inform about it through comments or my other social network .
