I am worried about the pace and direction things are taking in my work at MCY studio, technically we have not started working with clients yet, a dismissal has already occurred (which in my opinion was unjustified) which leaves the company with 2 designers operating for the number of clients that we are going to receive, not to mention that they want us to work from home overtime to meet deadlines, we had a difficult start but after analyzing it with my fellow designers all the obstacles and complications that we suffered in our first week It was due to the community managers, an obsession that we worked with a color palette that was not functional, all because in his mind it looked pretty, and in practice it was not, for something my friend and many have told me that you advertise them and the marketers only complicate things more and make everything delay more, and discard the most functional ideas by clinging to what they believe is the direction in which the market moves, they have good indications but many times they contradict each other, in my opinion we are not in moments of laying off anyone, because we will not keep up with customers, and more if the delays are not the designer's fault but for technical problems.

Already focusing on this drawing that is the main reason for this publication (sorry for the paragraph above but I needed to vent) this is the character is the last design of this family of superheroes which again is based on one of my relatives boss specifically one of his cousins, and which from the photo is about a 2-year-old baby, I think? So that it would have some sense that such a young child is part of a team of heroes it occurred to me that this I was piloting a huge robot, which I wanted to have a super friendly design, and easy to make either for an animation or in case you decide to make a toy of this character. ^ _ ^

The errors in this drawing were mostly a correction of some proportions and spatial orientations of the volume, where they are most noticeable that everything is with the robot's hands and legs, I also corrected the child's seat so that it could be seen in a better way comfortable for the character and pleasing to the viewer.
