### My first culinary experience in cooking pea puree.

Dried peas soak for 15 hours. 
Peas washed with cold water. Peas pour cold water. Cook for 1-1.5 hours. Add grated carrots, finely chopped onion, sweet pepper, tomatoes. Brew another 15 minutes. Add fresh dill and parsley.

In pea puree you can add smoked meat.
