Calm, a word that can be defined for many in different ways, what gives us calm, a walk, a quiet day at home, the truth could be any, but there are moments in life when connecting with nature is the greatest answer to find calm to your spirit and what better way than doing "yoga" or "tai-chi" and we improve the situation when it is done at the edge of the beach, listening to the wind and the waves reach the shore.
There is nothing better than this, it nourishes the spirit, the photos were taken with my daughter; on a beach in the state of Aragua-Venezuela, a moment of tranquility; when the beach was alone and calm, a moment of respect for nature.
