People often feel disturbed in the stomach due to indigestion, gas burn, constipation, stomachache etc. Now is the monsoon season, when these diseases take even more serious forms. Your good health is related to the stomach. Your stomach is attached to your brain, so its health affects your mood, harmony, weight and overall health. In this transition season you can keep your stomach correct by some Ayurvedic remedies.

Apple vinegar
Apple vinegar in stomach pain proves to be very beneficial. Due to the substantial amount of pectin in it, it relieves stomachache. Its acidic properties prove to be effective in improving the stomach infection. For this, you drink a teaspoon apple vinegar and honey in a cup of hot water.

carrot
If there is a shortage of water in the stomach, then the body can become more difficult. To remove this and to cure a bad stomach, you should drink carrot juice. The stomach is fine by drinking carrot juice. Mix juice of mint juice in juice then your stomach will get cold.

Ginger
Ginger is considered an antibiotic, which destroys the germs from the body. It also gives you relief in stomach pain. Grind ginger to the stomach and get rid of it. Or take one spoon of ginger juice, two teaspoons of lemon juice and experiment with mixing it with some sugar. Will benefit in stomach pain.

Fenugreek seeds

Curd or buttermilk
