Hello friends of Hive, motivated by the fact that I finally have a mobile device that allows me to take good quality pictures, I want to participate from now on in the [Monomad Challenge](https://peakd.com/hive-142159/@monochromes/monomad-april-2nd-please-read-the-contest-rules-before-submitting-your-publications), because I am always interested in the photographic work of the hivers but I had never been able to participate as such in a photographic challenge. So I hope that from today, I will join this great challenge frequently.


>Hola amigos  de Hive,  motivado a que por fin tengo un dispositivo móvil que me permite hacer fotografías de buena calidad,  quiero ser partícipe de ahora en adelante del Monomad Challenge, pues siempre me llama la atención el trabajo fotográfico de los hivers pero nunca había podido participar como tal en un reto fotográfico. De manera que espero a partir de hoy, unirme con frecuencia a este grandioso reto.

My father received several years ago a gooseberry plant (Ribes rubrum) that he has been in charge of reproducing and giving to our relatives and friends, some have already reached great size and every now and then we harvest such delicious fruit to prepare juice or jam, my aunts and one of our friends often give us a bag of gooseberrys from the harvest of their garden. But why do they give us, is it that our plant does not produce, indeed, living in an apartment, our plant does not have the space available to take deep roots and develop in its maximum splendor, in the photograph you can see the currants in development but the truth is that its final size is not much larger than you can appreciate, or simply die before developing as a ripe fruit. This plant has broken the pot in which it was and has taken root towards the ground, in search of some soil from some nearby plants. It has remained like this for a couple of years, and we hope to soon replant it in a place where it can grow and bear fruit.



>Mi padre recibió hace varios años una planta de grosella (Ribes rubrum) que se ha encargado de reproducir y  regalar a nuestros familiares y amigos, unas han alcanzado ya gran tamaño y cada tanto se cosecha tan delicioso fruto para preparar en jugo o mermelada, mis tías y uno de nuestros amigos con frecuencia nos regalan una bolsa de grosellas de la cosecha de su jardín. Pero por que nos regalan ¿es que acaso nuestra planta no produce?, efectivamente, al vivir en un apartamento, nuestra planta no tiene el espacio disponible para echar raíces profundas y desarrollarse en su máximos esplendor, en la fotográfica puede observar las grosellas en desarrollo pero lo cierto es que su tamaño final no es mucho mayor al que pueden apreciar, o simplemente mueren antes de desarrollarse como un fruto maduro. Está planta ha roto el matero en el que se encontraba y ha echado raíces hacia el suelo, en busca de algo de tierra de algunas plantas aledañas. Así ha permanecido por una par de años,  y esperamos pronto  en algún momento , replantarla en un lugar en donde pueda crecer y dar  sus frutos.
