## Hello Hive Learners Family!!! 
<center>I hope you're doing well and enjoying first day of the week. I wish you productive and blessed week ahead. It has been around 4-5 days since I shared my last blog because of power outage issue in my town. But I am so excited to share my blog which is my submission to **Weekly Featured Content** topic **"Healthy Competition"** for the week 171 and episode 01. 

##### Without much Ado let's begin it 👇:

Life is full of competition. We are making struggle to compete others and go forward in every area of life. It ignite passion, determination and growth. But it can turn over friends into rivalries and blur the line between motivation and obsession.

## Components of Healthy Competition: 
*______________________________________*

Healthy competition is a powerful force. It exist when we celebrate other wins and while working for our own growth. We learn from others struggle and take their success as fuel not fire. Wherever we are either in school, workplace or Hive we avoid feelings envoy on others win. We should be inspired by the winner around us. It allows us to see how far we have come and how much further progress we can make.

## My Personal Story :

I was an average student and I am afraid of being beaten by my family if I fail in exams. I used to study for hours and practice lessons silently and my results surprised my parents and as well as teachers. It was unbelievable that an average student with C grade score highest marks in the college and the expected topper was on the second position. 

Miss Maham (my classmate who was brilliant student and expected to score highest marks but she  was standing second after me) didn't accepted my win. She was rude and frustrated towards me at first but later on she invited me to join his friends group because I was the alone and introvert in the first year at college. She had some mood swings issues but had been kind to me. I learn a lot of things from her. Everything changed in final exams once again and we begin to compete each other than supporting and celebrating our growth. It impacted our coordination as classmates and friends later on.  I realized the need of balance in healthy competition. Untill the competition was healthy, we were inspired, determined and passionate.

Like sugar turning bitter, competition gets toxic when it starts feeding the ego rather than the spirit. We need to be focused on our personal goals and celebrate other wins. Your competition is with yourself not with someone else. We shouldn't measure our success with trophies or medal but the growth. We should always be grateful to Almighty Allah for everything we achieve than being focused towards someone's else.
