Want to try a Smoothie..........................
For those of you that are new to veggie/fruit smoothies, I advise to start with more fruit, then gradually add vegetables one a week, so you wont be in bathroom too much and you get used to the taste.  Use fresh or frozen fruit. 

1st sweet tooth smoothie:

1 red apple
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 strawberries
1 cup of kale
2 cups of distilled water

Key is to added more vegetable, for more nutrients and minerals.  Gradually, add green leafy vegetables such as spinach, collard greens or parsley.  Also there is brussel sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, celery, cucumber and  beets, just to name a few. 

2nd my eye catcher smoothie:

2 large carrot
1 red apple
1 cup spinach/kale
1 cup of coconut water

I drink this when I was seeing floaters in my vision and eye dryness, I stop seeing spots, and colors were more  vibrant. 
   
3rd The mean green smoothie:

2 cups of spinach
2 cups of kale
1 cups of pineapple
2 cups of distilled water

I drink this after every workout. If you need more sweet add more fruit, pineapple or mango.

4th Vampire smoothie:

2 medium beets
1 cups of mixed fruit, pineapple/strawberry, mango, blueberries
1 cup of kale
2 cups of filtered water


Most important tip: wash your produce thoroughly:
