<liketuimages> <center>           </center> </liketuimages> Chateau de Busay is one of our favourite places to go in the mountain area in Cebu. It's kinda oldie but goodie. We love their food so much and the hospitality of the crew from the management. It's actually our first foodie restaurant visit after New Year with one of the additional members of our family, our little sonshine who is a few weeks old. It's actually our second visit to this restaurant almost a year ago. We were so lucky to have nice weather during our visit and had the opportunity to walk around with our sonshine. We ordered there Local fondue. And it's really good. We didn't know how and why it's called the local fondue and we never bothered to ask why! As we enjoy the food quietly and we are very satisfied with it. The fondue consists of some sliced cube beef which I think the beef is local itself . Mostly, in the grocery stores we imported a lot of beef meat abroad. It was beautifully plattered with great looking tomatoes and lettuce under and cucumber on the side. With some potato fries and some great selection of the sauces as side dishes and dip thingy for the beef. It was a great choice actually and we are loving it so much! Who will never get satisfied with the view, the ambiance of nature around and the natural lights that come through the trees and plants around.
