We Cooked The Most Favorite Dish of Our Prophet !

So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.




As a child, I absolutely refused to eat pumpkin. Whenever my mom cooked pumpkin, I would get upset and insist on having something else made for me; otherwise, I wouldn't eat. However, when I grew up, I learned that pumpkin was the favourite vegetable of our Prophet. Since then, I started eating it. Today, on this special Sunday, we prepared our Prophet's favourite vegetable for Creative Sunday. I hope you will try this recipe at home and enjoy it.

### Ingredients
- 2 Onions
- 2 tomatoes.
- 1 TableSpoon ginger Garlic paste.
- 1/2 kg Beef.
- 1/2 kg Pumpkin
- Salt ( as per taste )
- 1 T Spoon Chilli powder.
- 1 T Spoon coriander powder.
- 1/2 T Spoon Cumin Powder
- 1/2 T Spoon Turmeric Powder.
- 1 Cup Yoghurt.
- 1 Cup Oil.

### Cooking Procedure

First of all, we need to chop the onions.

Take The Pressure Cooker and add oil to it.

add the chopped onions to the pressure cooker.

cook it for some time until the onions turn light brown.

Wash and clean the beef properly with water.

add the beef to the cooking pot and cook for 5 minutes, the beef colour will change a bit.

now chop the Ginger and garlic together in the chopper and make a paste.

add this paste to the pressure cooker and fry for 5 minutes.

Now we will make tomatoes and green chilli paste, as shown in the picture.

add this paste to the pressure cooker and cook for 5 minutes.

now it's dry spices turn, bring them out on the plate.

add these spices to the pressure cooker.

cook for 3 minutes.

Now add water according to your needs. now give it a weight for about 10-15 minutes. it will make the beef ready to eat.

add yoghurt to the cooking pot and cook for 3 minutes.

The last and final step is to add pumpkin to the pressure cooker.

Cook it for 5 minutes.

add a little amount of water to make gravy. cook it for 8-10 minutes until the pumpkin gets soft.
