Anna is a princess, yet she doesn't want to associate the word on her name. For many, being a princess means privileged. You are being served. You get what you wanted. People will listen to you. Glamorous dresses, jewelries, and being loved by many. That, of course, is how being a princess was depicted in a lot of novels and fairy tales. 

As a princess, has to abide in every thing was said to her by her ascendants. She does whatever the queen tells her that will not bring their name under scrutiny. As much as possible, she has to act perfectly when being seen in public. 

When in school, her schoolmates wanted to make friends with her. Of course, if you are friends with the royals, that will give you an advantage. But for Anna, what if she isn't a princess, will they befriend her? Or just leave her without anyone showing interest with her. 

She finds it even hard to go in a relationship since the royals dictates whom she would marry. Exactly has no choice for herself. She was taught how to walk, how to sit, how to eat, and every routine she used to do. Goinf out of the car, she should be ready to wave her hands whenever someone sees and calls on her. 

For Anna, being a princess is like a robot. Time came when he met this man, Phil, in a book store. He actually owned the store where Anna used to buy. It's just that she's not the one buying the books there. The man was astounded to see her, and gave respect when she entered. Anna just wanted to live as an ordinary person so she asked Phil not to treat her like royal. Phil abided, and responded with humor, which made Anna laughed. 

Anna goes back to the book store more often. Of course, Phil has been accommodating until Anna felt comfortable with him. They became friends, until they fell in love with each other. Phil realized the situation he's putting himself into, and told Anna that he doesn't deserve her. She's a princess, and he is just any normal guy on the streets when people doesn't give him attention to. Anna insisted that she loves him, and does not care whatever the people say. 

They often go out, which took the attention of the people and the media. The two are in the front page of newspapers, and became the subject on TV programs. There even came a time when Phil's life was threatened. The queen heard about the news, and called on Anna. She's mad on her, and tried to detained her in her own room so she won't able to meet Phil. 

Phil was blocked in the gate of the castle whenever he tries to visit her. He was even punched by the guard to keep him away. Anna knows about it. She was very sad because she couldn't do anything about it. Stayed ln her room, not eating when she was called. The queen is worried about her daughter, then she realized that she's hindering her daughter's happiness. 

She entered Anna's room, who's lying in bed with hairs messed. The queen talked to her in a mild way. She admitted her mistake, and she can relate on Anna as she can't do whatever she wants to do back when she's still a princess. She then gave her approval to Anna's relationship with Phil, which made Anna hugged her mom. 

One day, everyone are called in the *castle*, where Phil came in disguise. It is supposed to be an event when the queen will explain about her daughter's relationship with Phil. While in the podium, she called her daughter, and tell whatever is in her hearts. 

Anna has the charisma, and she easily catch the attention of anyone. She spoke about her life as a princess, and it wasn't as good as people believed being shown in fairy tale. There's responsibility being a princess. She served the kingdom well. But she fell in love with someone, and wants to be with the person out of the public eye. She even said, everybody wants to be loved, and if you are loved, do you want that love will end? "Sometimes, we need to find happiness for ourselves because we often forget to look for one, and if it comes, why not choose it."

Everyone applaused on what she said. Then she announced that she will resign from royalhood, in pursuit of her happiness. Some from the hall are not pleased, but the majority stood giving applause on Anna, to show their approval. Then she announced that she loves Phil a lot, who is disguising, and she knows she is there. 

She went down from the stage, and ran to Phil, and they hugged, with people around cheering. The queen is not anymore suprised. Instead, she is clapping along with the people with joy.
