We saw these people pulling the nets along with the boat back to the shore. I think they had a lot of harvest because everyone is having a hard time pulling the net. We also waited hoping to see the harvest and buy freshly caught fishes however, we've been there for hours yet they are not finished yet. We have asked how much will be the payment by joining in pulling the nets, someone responded 20 pesos. Seriously? Long hours of pulling the nets under the heat of the sun and raging winds from the sea, they'll only get paid with Php20! However, I won't judge that early. Perhaps, they will also receive a portion of the harvest. I hope their patience pays off. If only they had finished early, then we could have bought. It's very expensive if bought in the market.
