# "It is necessary to state that absolute cleanliness of mind and body should be observed by both partners". 

* It is a common knowledge and experience that most times business worries, domestic cares have been known to produce physical reactions which have made complete intercourse impossible, this is because during intercourse, a partners thoughts may stray. From that moment the sexual act can be robbed of its spontaneity and enjoyment.

* It is essential therefore that the act of loving should reach heights which transcends technique consciousness. What i mean to say here is that one may be able to have graced the rank of attainment of knowledge of the best sexual techniques which may  make the encounter rich in practical terms, but to be able to have the satisfaction that stems from the inside, this can only come about when the two are able to be fully relaxed and at one with one another. There is nothing worse in the sex act than one partner  thinking about the effects of what they are doing.

* It is necessary to state that absolute cleanliness of mind and body should be observed by both partners. It is surprising how often the elementary procedure of keeping one's genitals clean is ignored. When intercourse has taken place during the night and is hoped to repeat it in the morning, the parties might be well advised to take a birth before attempting the second union. Although of course this can be a matter of mutual taste.
