(<a href="www.wmgfestival.de">Wasser mit Geschmack Festival</a>).</p> <p><strong>So what's the story behind that strange island on the back of a giant whale? </strong></p> <p>Well, first of all I should explain, what this island is standing for: It represents the place where our event takes place. It's a clearing with a stream running through it, surrounded by the mountain <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosenstein_(Berg)">Rosenstein.</a></p> <p>Last years (2106) theme was "LEVITATION". We wanted to express that magic feeling of weightlessness that is triggered by music. People were dancing and laughing; pretending they were gods. But at one point the island wasn't able to keep rising. A rapid fall was inevitable. The island dropped, crashed into the sea and sank into the abyss. After several months in darkness the island will rise from the deep sea on the back of the giant whale."</em></p> <p>That's why I 've drawn this image. I really enjoyed working on this picture.
