Its been so long since it snowed at my place and only patches of snow are left somewhere under shade.

Garlic is easy to grow and can be grown year round in mild climates. We have grown them in between apple orchards , leaving enough space for the bulbs to mature.

Garlic grows well in loose, dry and well drained soil is sunny location. When selecting garlic for planting, it is important to pick large bulbs from which to separate cloves. Large cloves along with proper spacing in planting bed also increase bulb size.
The colour of garlic leaves has changed from green to light yellow because of snow.
To prevent it from becoming yellow and as a fertilizer I mom added some ash to it.

Garlic is widely used around the world for it's pungent and spicy flavour. The leaves of garlic are also eaten as they have high nutritional value.

Radish are also sown by my mom months ago and depending upon variety they are ready to harvest in 20-25 days.
Harvesting of radish is done manually just by uprooting plant. And I guess this one is beyond rady.

We also have Fenugreek in our field and its an annual plant. For better production sow Fenugreek from last spring to late summer and direct seed them in cultivated soil about 2inches apart.

This is Rai or you can also call them Mustard greens and they can be harvested in about 5 weeks. You only have to cut the larger leaves and let the smaller or inner leaves grow. In this way you can continue to harvest throughout the season. You can add them in salad and sandwiches spicy taste and they are healthy too.
