During December to January,  there is an attraction in Cebu City where rides of different shapes and sizes are around. 

People from all over the city visited the place even though it just rained that afternoon. Everyone had a great time including us although some of the games costs a lot and prizes were not that much but as long as everyone is happy.. then, its fine. :) 

If you are into safety, i would not recommend this because some of the rides are old and I don't think that it is really maintained. Anyways, there are food stalls and a live band in the area if you are not into the crazy rides.
