*(This phrase It's like "One day without stopping"... that is mine of which I have been taking ownership by mentioning it so many times)* is telling me how vital it is to invest in our integral health: mind, body, emotions, spirit, soul. 

Although we cannot change what happens, we can change what happens at a certain moment, and we act on the virtues with which we receive and face situations.

It is key, when I understand and comprehend myself, I am able to accept my limitations, that I cannot reach everything, that many times I have to give up, throw in the towel, because in a non-stop day, there are situations in which one is more harmed, and learning to say NO to our habits, desires and passions helps us to manage the guilt that “inner voice” that we all carry and blames us for unresolved issues and what is happening with issues in the present.

We are bodies or matter with Ego and fear, that we have advanced, but we have also collapsed in many things, and we would like to accept that imperfection and not be afraid to become people vitamins, it seems that it is difficult to see the light that injects optimism into us, and that we are not afraid to learn to choose and resign with a certain peace and little guilt in our life mission, to have one and integrate ourselves in everything related and implicit in the social field.


*Looking for perfection and trying to get to everything in “one day without stopping” makes us sick and activates anxiety.*  Definitely, thoughts are the reflection of our inner health.

Today I invite you to the exercise of writing down those virtues with which we want, from now on, to face any situation and above all to know qualities about ourselves that perhaps we did not know before.

And give us that time to write, to relate from compassion and how it would look if I am going to relate to this, from my integrity and how my body language would look, my reach with this person if I am going to relate from compassion.

 >For every act of generosity, the fuel for a more harmonious coexistence is produced.

That maybe, I start to do that from my anger with frustration, and instead of resisting, that's when the ego and fear come into action, that is, in the face of the situation, I open a space for these virtues to inspire me to regain confidence, in kindness, in love in a selfless way.

>So, in the search for our what are we here for?, it is not the body that defines us, but the spirit that gives us shape.

In the journey of our existence, facing our patterns and beliefs is usually uncomfortable and challenging, we often forget the difference between being and having. The body, that wonderful matter that houses us, can become full of habits, be dragged by ephemeral desires and be consumed in fleeting passions. 

However, it is only a vehicle, a temporary manifestation of our presence in this world.

In general, our essence, our spirit, is the true architect of our reality, driving us to develop our self-knowledge, that we recognize the thoughts and beliefs that limit them, recognizing that this is what we want in life, how to walk in that direction and be clear about the consequences of that decision, learn to recognize the comfort zone and take the risk of leaving it.
