___ ___ <center></center> ___ ___ <div class="text-justify"><p> We are taking another step forward in our dream garden! And every weekend is an unparalleled experience. ___ ___ <center></center> ___ <center></center> ___ <center></center> ___ ___ The rocks you see in the photo is what they call stone or Fairy rock. That place there was where we had a butterfly koi pond years ago... It was very beautiful! The stones were brought to me by my husband with a friend in our Toyota Hilux off-road truck, and they looked for them in how 5 different rivers, in the Venezuelan Andes, 4 hours from my city. I told them to please ask Mother Nature for permission to take the stones. The Koi fish have grown so much! And we got to have more than 40 fish of that species. We installed a kind of waterfall for it and on the other hand, it sucked, and they were breeding there and everything, but the lack of water came 🙁 in my city, and the landscaping in our backyard had to be changed. Normally, I used to pour the water from the street, which used to come through pipes from the hydrological plant in my city, for about 2 hours a day, and we used to take it out with another hose, so we kept it clean. Nowadays, we have a lot of drought, the hydrological is from the current government, they only supply water 1 time a month and I have to buy water weekly from the tankers. Topic for another post, by the way. The Koi fish, they started getting sick, and we didn't know what to do. We had to give them to a gentleman who owns an agricultural company and had a kind of farm on the side, with the condition that he fill the site with soil, for new landscaping. I didn't want to sell them. Everyone in my family likes nature and animals of all kinds. I had always wanted to fix up that space again and that's what we've been doing on weekends, my husband and I, our backyard, with landscaping that step by step we've been designing and recreating. ___ ___ <center></center> ___ <center></center> ___ <center></center> ___ <center></center> ___ <center></center> ___ <center></center> ___ It looked sad and empty so we started to place our desert roses, I restored a ceramic to give it another meaning by painting the door, with little pieces of wood I made some elves and so we are moving forward, I am making some fairy houses for the ivy that is in the background and that has now grown, there we are making that garden which has a lot of energy, we also put reflectors and at night the sick, my favorite is the green light, we already put the grass hoping that it sticks well just we did that last Saturday. ___ ___ <center></center> ___ <center></center> ___ <center></center> ___ The flowers that opened that day and these beautiful lilies are dwarfs with the rain that fell, they live up to their nickname... I call them elves, because they are like a surprise, they come out suddenly, they only sprout into flower, when the rain falls on them. ___ ___ <center></center> ___ ___ And that's how my happy weekend starts and after reading this post, you all know where it is. "The Nursery" that's the name of our business, for now we are selling grafts like these beauties that I show in the post, we only open our garden to the public on weekends. So today I have fun working planting, harvesting on what "I believe" of my magical garden among flowers, fairies and elves.
