I hope your week starts off well.</p> <p>Today is exactly 2 weeks until Christmas day! If you are like me, we have a lot of gifts left to buy. With that in mind, I wanted to remind everyone of a few things:</p> <p>1. To remain kind to one another. The lines will be long, the parking lot hectic- but that is no excuse. Give yourself plenty of time and try to help diffuse any chaos, you can.</p> <p>2. Remember what the gifts (and the season) are all about. Focus on the happiness and joy, not the burdens and requirements. The older we get, the more we must sell ourselves on the Holiday ideals. Laugh lots, and don't worry about gifts. </p> <p>3. Don't forget, the forgotten ones. Orphanages and Senior care facilities are some of the loneliest places, during the Holidays. Try to invest some time and energy, into the less fortunate. You'll be surprised how much ROI they can provide! We have two ears, but only one mouth... for a reason.</p> <p>4. Lastly, just L-O-V-E. Life can be extremely tough 11 months of the year; let's keep December as one that is a little, less harsh. Hold the door for others, donate old coats, carry extra cash (for the sake of giving it away), and let that extra car cut you in traffic.... Why? Just because...</p> <p>I love you all. I wish nothing but the best for you and all your loved ones.
