## **The Way You Speak To Yourself Matter The Most**

I can't tell you how important the talking to yourself plays during your whole life. The way you talk to yourself determines the way others will treat you as well, so you better treat yourself with classic talking.

The way you view yourself is really the view others have for you. If you see your own body with an awful feeling, then everyone else would think your body is awful, even if it's not. The same terminology counts for any other example.

Talk to yourself with respect and admiration, so everyone else does the same for you. Talk to yourself with hope and high capabilities, so others can see you the same way. I can't tell you how important it is when you talk to yourself, it defines your life.
