On Saturday, another edition of the Shine Bazaar was held. I don't know how many have been held so far. The organizer always holds this bazaar in the East Park areas of the city, so that entrepreneurs have a window to showcase their products.
This is the first time I've been to one of these bazaars. I had never been able to go before because it always coincided with another activity or I was busy with personal matters. On Saturday, as I had some free time, I took the opportunity to go and get some content for this week.

> El sábado se celebró otra edición del Shine Bazaar. No sé cuántas se han celebrado hasta ahora. El organizador siempre celebra este bazar en las zonas del Parque del Este de la ciudad, para que los emprendedores tengan una ventana para mostrar sus productos.

It's been quite a while since I've been to East Park. It's a fairly large park, ideal for spending time outdoors, playing sports, going for walks with the family, and even celebrating birthdays. Well, in the past, I went to several birthdays there. There are spaces available to rent for those who want to celebrate their birthday. Of course, alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Something different is that years ago you had to pay a symbolic entrance fee, but now you don't have to pay anything.
I have many memories of that park. Walks from my high school days. Also, when I had a theater group, we would often meet there to rehearse outdoors and record things with the archaic video cameras of that time. There were also outings with girlfriends. It was a good place to walk hand in hand, kiss, although in moderation, because when you crossed the line, a park ranger would always show up with his whistle, telling you to behave. With those teenage hormones about to explode, you ended up hating those park rangers who cut off your inspiration.

> Hace bastante tiempo que no me acercaba al Parque del Este. Es un parque bastante grande, ideal para pasar tiempo al aire libre, practicar deportes, dar paseos con la familia e incluso celebrar cumpleaños. Bueno, en el pasado, fui a varios cumpleaños allí. Hay espacios disponibles para alquilar para aquellos que quieran celebrar su cumpleaños. Por supuesto, está prohibido llevar bebidas alcohólicas. Algo diferente es que hace años había que pagar una entrada simbólica, pero ahora no hay que pagar nada.

Con esas hormonas adolescentes a punto de explotar, acababas odiando a esos guardaparques que cortaban tu inspiración.

When I went, the bazaar wasn't very busy. The only people there were those entering the park. Although many people go to the park on weekends, I don't think it manages to capture everyone's attention. I understand the concept that the organizer wants to promote, but the low turnout during the time I was there gives me the impression that the promotion and advertising of this activity needs to be improved. In addition to offering some entertainment, this is the only way to attract attention and encourage people to come and see what the entrepreneurs have to offer.
Another problem is that, being outdoors, there is a risk of unpredictable weather. It has been raining in the city for days. I think one of the previous editions had to be postponed because it rained heavily. That also discourages many people from coming to this bazaar. I think most people prefer enclosed spaces with a roof and private security in a shopping center.

> Cuando fui, el bazar no estaba muy concurrido. Las únicas personas que había eran las que entraban al parque. Aunque mucha gente va al parque los fines de semana, no creo que consiga captar la atención de todo el mundo. Entiendo el concepto que quiere promover el organizador, pero la escasa afluencia durante el tiempo que estuve allí me da la impresión de que hay que mejorar la promoción y la publicidad de esta actividad. Además de ofrecer algo de entretenimiento, esta es la única forma de atraer la atención y animar a la gente a venir a ver lo que los emprendedores tienen que ofrecer.
> Otro problema es que, al ser al aire libre, existe el riesgo de que el tiempo sea impredecible. Lleva días lloviendo en la ciudad. Creo que una de las ediciones anteriores tuvo que posponerse porque llovió mucho. Eso también disuade a mucha gente de acudir a este bazar. Creo que la mayoría de la gente prefiere los espacios cerrados, con techo, seguridad privada de un centro comercial.

Some stalls belonged to entrepreneurs I see regularly at other markets. Two of them were at the Manganest I visited a week ago. They sold collectible figures, necklaces, handmade figures, textiles, etc. One of the stalls even offered tarot readings. They were all located at the park entrance. I stayed for a while and was able to chat with the organizer, who has plans to hold another bazaar next month.
I couldn't walk around the park; I wanted to take a stroll there, but I had to go to another activity and wanted to do it early so I could get home quickly.

> Algunos puestos pertenecían a emprendedores que veo constantemente en otros mercados. Dos de ellos estaban en el Manganest que visité hace una semana. Vendían figuras coleccionables, collares, figuras hechas a mano, textiles, etc. Uno de los puestos incluso ofrecía lecturas de tarot. Todos estaban situados a la entrada del parque. Me quedé un rato y pude charlar con el organizador, que tiene planes de celebrar otro bazar el mes que viene.
