Hive offers that ownership, the least you could get is downvotes or bad reputation but not termination of account. You can wake up one morning to see your YouTube account flagged down or your Facebook account hacked by another, including WhatsApp but hive offers that security. The fact that your account is yours and your content are yours and you could easily stroll through them to see how far you have gone, your growth and your journey.

Just like your other platforms like YouTube, your data is your earnings and people source for an easy means to make money but hive, let's tell ourselves the truth you need to take patience as a virtue in order to earn so much. Most of my friends who I have onboard on hive have left their account to source for something more faster it's their lost though but then each time I want to onboard someone on hive, I just have this worries of “she might actually abandon her account” but I try to fight the negativity making sure to explain to the person what she's about to embark on.

PBefore I heard of hive, there was this appetite to write inspirational and motivational words I just felt like pinning down. My status on Whatsapp was always for me to do so but after some time I began to receive negative comments. I have to stop.

Hive gave me a place to express myself freely, to write as much as I want and still have a reward for it. I don't think any other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter can.

Hive gave me an opportunity to nurse my writing skills. Reading through other people's write up on hive. I would be like this person who wrote really well. How can I perfect mine, though it has not been easy but I try each day to improve on my write up.

Hive gave me an opportunity to meet like minds, interact with people, share opinions  and learn from them too. People who want to achieve the same goal as me and we work together making sure everyone is consistent and writes everyday.
