I was at my local supermarket today and I noticed some really nice looking corn on the cob.

It had very fresh looking green husks around it.

I love corn on the cob.

The best way to cook it is to put the husk right on the grill.

Give it a few minutes and then flip it over so that the corn evenly steams inside the husk.

It's best on the grill but there's a couple of other ways you can cook it as well.

If you heat the oven to 400 degrees you can then pop it right in there complete with husk and all for 20 minutes.

The final thing you can do is stick it in the microwave for about 3 minutes with the husk right on it.

I love corn on the cob.

I thought it was perfect for Color Challenge Thursday Green.
