I really like making bread

I didn't make nearly as much bread in 2021 as I did in 2020, but this year I started again when we just ran out of the store bought stuff and couldn't be arsed to go out to get more.

It turns out that I missed it. I have been baking four pans like this a week for our family consumption and it is relaxing.
